It is well known that the atmosphere in the company depends on the management, primarily on the CEO of the company. From what I learned from other employees, who have longer work experience at FOJP than I do, the atmosphere in the company has changed dramatically after Walter Harris became the CEO. Employees are no longer afraid of visiting the CEO’s office, on the contrary, they know that his doors are always open for any problems or concerns they would like to share.
