There are a lot of opportunities for professional development with an award winning training and onboarding team. The work culture is great across the board and it is a friendly and welcoming environment. It is the first place I have truly felt valued as an employee and not just a number.

Cons

Advancement can take some time because there is a pretty low turnover rate.
