Pros

- Great work-life balance - Super interesting industry and promising business model - it can be a big business - People team with some communication challenges but their actual delivery of policies and work conditions, is really amazing - good talent & nice people - cool events - generous vacation policy, benefits and salaries - autonomy to do great work independently

Cons

- some challenges in being productive given the less than ideal management skill in games/product/engineering teams - clear and unjustified preference to Danish employees (unconscious bias probably) but still real - middle management is less good than average employee talent - unclear career framework / growth paths

Pros

Fast paced company just as most of the start ups. They recognise efforts, creativity and proactiveness. You will learn a lot and gain lots of skills because you will be thrown out of your comfort zone very often, which I personally enjoy. Leadership is caring to personal circumstances and they value work/life balance.

Cons

Sometimes you might need to wait longer for deserved promotion. But eventually something that will happen if you work hard. Official performance review across company never happened, but something they're trying to fix.
