Cons

Concerns about long term viability in such a competitive industry. Many of their competitors use cheap labor (India, Vietnam, China, H1 visas) and are willing to push employees to the breaking point.

Small company competing in the high tech semiconductor industry. Great opportunity to be noticed for the work you did. Enjoyed the time i had working there. Many opportunities to shine.

Cons

Small company competing in the high tech semiconductor industry! Most of the technicians are great people to work with but are lacking in the education for the industry. I said most not all.
