Pros

great atmosphere, manager really cares about his employees and customers, very fast growing opportunity.

Cons

just wish the commute was better but it is well worth it

Pros

This will be my 5th year here a FX Promotions. I started out as client representative where on a daily I worked with my clients troubleshooting any issues and going over invoices for any discrepancies among other duties. After about year I was promoted to assistant manager now instead of handling clients I was handling the client specialists and overseeing their day. And now I am a manger where i still overall oversee the rest of the staff but handle more of the back end of the duties, payroll, scheduling etc. In these 5 years I’ve learned a lot and have definitely grown.

Pros

I've worked with FX Promotion for a few years now and I love what I do. Everyday I get to work with clients which keep me on my toes.everyday it's a new experience and I love the company trips we take each year

Cons

It is a tad faster pace than I thought it would be coming from my background
