Pros

Work experience is always good. A nice office in DC. Todd, the founder and CEO, is very kind. Rapid company expansion. Clientele variety.

Cons

High employee turnover rate. Could be a more creative environment. Work is less dynamic and more monotonous than it could be (the DC branch is digital marketing) Weak culture.

Pros

- Able to make decent money between hourly pay & comission - Majority or co-workers (other sales agents) very friendly -

Cons

- Very poor Management - Workforce team ( HR , Supervisors ,Managers) are extremely rude & hearltess towards employees -Hours & Pay change constantly and with no notice , you either deal with it or find a new job
