      Pros

      No work place is perfect, but Fansly is pretty darn close. Management really cares about you. They really work with you and give great advice. Co workers are awesome and we all work together to make sure we can get our jobs done properly. The opportunity for growth is through the roof. If you work hard, they notice you. I’ve had a few jobs and Fansly is the best by far!

      I honestly have no cons. If any come up, I’ll update but it’s unlikely I find one!

      Pros

      If you're passionate about your job, there are many opportunities for career growth. The director is amazing; she's very caring and ensures employees are satisfied and happy. Since it's a remote job, it's pretty hard to get to know your colleagues, but we have small events to engage with each other. I love working here!

      Great communication from everyone, Wonderful training team, Everyone is so helpful with any questions, Great benefits and you can tell the company really cares about their employees!

      Cons

      If you aren't able to watch adult content all day this probably isn't for you. I don't really have any cons.
