It's a small, but driven, growing team with an actually impactful mission. It's tough to find a place like that nowadays. Management is constantly trying to improve culture and our experience in the office just so employees find it increasingly enjoyable to be in the office. Culture is a extremely important thing, and everyone on the team has bought into what Fatherly is building.
Cons
With high goals comes tough deadlines, with a small, startup team comes work outside your immediate scope.
