      Pros

      Easy to talk to and invested in my growth. Worked in the Marketing department and they trusted what we had to bring to the table.

      Cons

      Wasn't flexible with some deadlines. Great work takes time and I think it would go a a long way.

      Pros

      Personally, the warm and inviting feeling of the company is the biggest pro. I have worked at Faviana for almost 2 months now, and I couldn't be happier. They have amazing core values and beliefs that speak volume everyday. Faviana cares about their employees every day and continue to motivate each other.

      Cons

      Since being at Faviana I have not experienced any downsides. It is a pleasure to work here everyday!
