Feather is a great place to develop your skills and grow as a person! I've been given a lot of freedom to take ownership and risks, make quick decisions, and empower others.
Cons
None to mention at the moment!

Feather's culture is great. Talented people, no egos and lots of collaboration. Most of the team is remote, but we meet at Factory every now and then so it never feels distant. Carreer opportunities are here and there's lots of space for growth. There's also a great product-market fit so the direction is always clear, even though it's still a young company. For a designer I'd say it's the perfect place to grow, there's enough structure to be supported and lots of opportunities to contribute and to quickly see your work benefit customers.
Cons
Not many. It's a small team so it can be busy in the operations side to support customers, but the team is growing quickly to help on that front.

- A company culture and commitment to learning new things.
- An incredibly human, hardworking and diverse team coming from all different countries, cultures and backgrounds
- Positive work environment without any micro-management or blaming if something goes wrong.
- No unnecessary meetings!
- A commitment by management to the well-being and happiness of their employees. (e.g. paid time off, holiday encouragement)
Cons
- To be real honest there aren't many. However, you should know that it is a remote first position which means you'll be working from home. This can be difficult to some.
