-Everyone is genuinely kind and cares about the company, the people they work with and the company mission overall -Opportunity to be included and even lead on large, exciting brand projects -Leadership is caring and encourages/celebrates time off -Ideas and thoughts are heard -Unlimited PTO, mental health days encouraged is super nice -Strong focus on DE & I for the company whether its internally or the work we're doing, the focus and care is there
