Pros

I have worked at Fellows for years, progressing in my role and being promoted. Good work is rewarded, bonuses are paid and a lot of people were supported above and beyond during the pandemic. Yes, the work can be intense sometimes but that is the nature of the business. Compared to many other auction houses, Fellows is one of the better employers.

Cons

There is quite a flat management structure which can be confusing at times.

My experience working for Fellows has all been positive. It is a friendly happy place with great supportive colleagues. You are expected to work hard and react fast so don't apply here if you're work-shy. Everyday is interesting and the company is brave, forward thinking and innovative. The Directors are very supportive and you can advance well within the company if you are interested in different roles that come up.

Cons

I can't think of any in my experience.
