They have high standards for everyone and expect a lot from you. In return, you make great money. Nice culture, good benefits and great people. Base pay is comparable in the area, and goals are obtainable. Better you perform = more you make.

I really like how Fetch always promotes from within. I personally have been with the company for 4+ years and have been a manager for over 2 years. The job is fast paced, there is never a dull moment, the days fly by and no two days are the same. All management has done the job themselves for an extended period of time. The employees are younger and hungry to work and make money. We have picnics and celebrations for different holidays, but we only play hard after we've worked hard to achieve our goals and make money.
