Pros
Company has great people. Sometimes there's drama but you just got it avoid it and it is easily avoidable. You are given credit where credit is due. Hard work but it does pay.
Cons
Old equipment that causes issues at times. Workplace drama on the floor.I don't know if it is a monetary issue or not but they do need better circulation of air. Summer it's very very hot and winter is very very cold

-Good pay! -Great Benefits (Health, Dental, Supplemental Insurance, PTO, etc.) -Supervisors have good working relationships with employees. -Great Work/Life Balance (Great hours) -Couldn't ask for a better group of people to work with.
Cons
Could use more advanced processes for communications and training
