      Pros

      Real friendly people. lots of overtime opportunities if you want it. Room to grow and learn new stuff. Lots of people that have been here a long time, 5 years, 10 years, 20 years, 30 years. If they got happy people that have been here that long then they must be doing something right.

      Cons

      The shop isn't temperatrue controlled and some people have real trouble with the heat int he summer time. They got coolers and fans everywhere but ya its hot. You get used to it though. better than working in construction in the heat and under the sun. Its also real busy right now.

      Pros

      Everyone is super friendly and willing to help out. Management was encouraging and transparent about the company challenges. It's a smaller company where everyone knows your name.

      Cons

      The customer demands are legit crazy. Trying to be a buyer during a pandemic when the supply chain is all backed up was a challenge on a whole other level. The job was not easy but it was rewarding.

      Pros

      It's overall a small company & When you do well they will promote or compensate your hard work. A clean environment and great staff. Wanna learn G and M codes?? This place teaches alot knowledge utilizing/editing cnc 5 axis machines. Innovative and constantly growing.

      Cons

      Not too many..I would say maybe the amount of production your needed to put out. They mastered the art of cutting plastic very quick.
