Pros

Fibernetics starts from the top and works down. Everyone is driven for innovation and success. Recently I had the experience where one of the owners dug in and helped our team through a high bandwidth situation. As working for a smaller company everyone is close and willing to help where help is needed. Your skills aren't predefined by your position here at Fibernetics but by how willing you are to learn and achieve as an individual. Things like this get lost in bigger companies as yes I are just another number but here when one succeeds we all succeed.

Cons

Every company has some struggles and ours is sometimes we are all caught up in striving for success we forget to self check ourselves or team members.

You are absolutely correct in your experience- Fibernetics is a company where the very senior members of the leadership are not hesitant to help a team with resolving a problem. As a small/medium company, we are also able to offer the opportunity for employees to expand their scope, and not get stuck in silos and pre-defined skillset boxes. Growth mindset is very much encouraged and supported at Fibernetics. The leadership team is very much in-tune with both strategic and tactical business needs, and seeks to promote a culture that will support everyone's efforts. Thank you again for your feedback.

The staff and people are a huge part of why Fibernetics is such a great place to work. Extremely good in terms of flexibility for when and where you do your work, generous vacation, flexibility for working remotely. The company is going through an exciting period of innovation where Fibernetics is uniquely positioned to take advantage of a huge market opportunity.

Cons

Many of the strengths of the company can sometimes be weaknesses as well, the same applies to every company. Transitioning from a smaller startup-like company to a larger enterprise is one of the most challenging periods for any company to go through. There are some growing pains, but leadership is dedicated to addressing issues and improving as a team.

Great flexibility and support for your work and life aspirations. Our by-weekly online huddles keeps employees up-to-date on the company and where we are heading. The culture is still thriving even during the current lockdown.
