I worked at Fidelus for a little over 2.5 years. These were my observations: - Employees are friendly, approachable, and easy to communicate with. People are respectful of each other. - Employee's feedback and ideas are welcomed by management. - Management is easily accessible. - Management always looks for ways to improve employees environment and company's performance. - Management philosophy is not to engage in the blaming game but rather foster to acknowledge issue, learn from it, and move on. - Management lets employees try yourself in different business units. - Company provides reasonable accommodations to support employees work & life balance as long as you have control over the tasks you are responsible for. - As an overall the company's culture is very healthy.

I've been with Fidelus 7+ years and the only company that has had a comparable culture that I have worked for is Cisco themselves. The focus on employee improvement and career path that the company gives their employees is that of a significantly larger company. Get your foot in the door and the opportunities are yours to explore. Hard work and grit are rewarded consistently.
