Pros

Working with Fifty Digital is not just a job - it’s a passion! The client portfolio we currently have makes it a dream job for most sports enthusiasts. There are opportunities to work on various clients to gain as much knowledge as possible. Opportunities to travel across the world with the clients. Personal opportunities and growth within the company is rapid as the current staff grows as the company takes it to the next level. We are always encouraged to have an open dialogue with management. The team is made up of fun and hard-working individuals who want to be the best. There is never a bad idea with a big focus on out-of-the-box thinking to innovate. Flexible working hours to accommodate staff. Hard work is rewarded with trust from co-founders. Clear path for each employee and frequent f2f meetings to always work towards the desired goals. The offices are also world class which shows the value they give to their staff.

Cons

The job entails working long and extra hours but this is because of the nature of the industry and the clients which are across the world and operate in the biggest sporting events, from World Cups to World Championships. Standards / quality of work / deadlines are key within the agency so we always strive to do our best which means that we’re always giving our 120%.

Pros

Opportunities to work with some of the biggest brands in the world - Freedom to work across all clients - Always encouraged to learn new skills and offered opportunities to take classes and attend sessions to progress skills further - Hands on experience with the pitching process for new clients and always encouraged to input your own ideas for the client as well - Lively, enthusiastic and hard working team - Staff have a real ‘family’ vibe which makes a really chilled and fun office environment - Co-founders are part of the team and don’t mind ‘mucking in’ when needed - Always encouraged to innovate and bring in fun, different and never-before-seen ideas for all of our clients - Management show great faith and trust in you and you will always get out what you put into the company - Opportunities to grow your position as the company grows, so there's always an extra incentive to always perform your best - Holidays and lieu are flexible, and the company are willing to adapt to you - Always striving to give the best tools to allow your own personal progression within the company - World class office which offers free drinks and snacks!

Cons

- As is the case within the sporting industry, the work is often fast paced and always adapting to the results of the weekend, and therefore we sometimes have to speed up work, while always maintaining the high standards we demand of ourselves and for the client - There will be times that we will have to stay late or come in early to meet deadlines set by either the client or the company - While adapting to the rapid growth of the company, some days will be busier than usual as we find our footing with new clients
