Figure Eight Federal is a small team where you are involved in everything with a lot of opportunities to grow. Throughout the pandemic the management team has been extremely understanding and helpful with accommodating everyone's needs. It is an amazing group of people with loads of potential to grow within the company. The people are truly amazing and the support is incredible

Start-up like environment where at times it can be very fast paced
