From day one of working at Fil-Tec, I have been supported by the team here. My input has always been valued in every position I have had here, from starting as a temp on the manufacturing floor, to my current position on our management team. The opportunity to work in various levels of the company has shown me that no matter who or what you do in the company, you are contributing to the innovations that make our customers' lives easier. When people ask me about about what we do at Fil-Tec, it's fun to be able to talk about how our products are used in space ships, airplanes, race cars, fashion, telecommunications, the US Military, etc. We always have exciting new projects going on. It's nice to work at a place and be proud of what you do and who you do it for.
