the company culture values good leadership and invests in employees at all levels. employee independence level is high, company designs good quality products, pandemic response has been responsible. There's good mobility available within the company. you see people advance from one role to another over time. the company rightly values competence, past performance, and potential for growth rather than employees having the right degree. As an engineer work life balance is excellent. I'd take this over an overworked tech job anyday.

Cons

the products are high quality and well designed, but BOOOORING. bent sheet metal and aluminum extrusion design are really boring. lighting and construction is a boring industry
