      Pros

      - Working on projects that are beyond what other Canadian companies offer, incredible tech combined with amazing design opportunities. - My experience of the management team has been very positive - inspiring to see leaders who are honest and open. There's no games here. Already my managers have been very inspiring in their approach to my growth as a creative. - Internal culture is really good. I work with a diverse bunch of hard working, very talented, but most importantly NICE people. Big egos seem to be ejected from the company fast.

      Cons

      - Secrecy on projects - I want to talk more about the projects I'm on but there are heavy NDAs in place. - HR could be better, but I know they are working hard on fixing this. - Benefits could be better, no gym membership coverage that I had at my last place.
