Pros

They don't make advisors cold call or work with friends and family. They have a proven marketing system geared towards medical community and are working on the same thing currently with the tech industry.

Cons

requires a lot of work up front to get up and running

Pros

The company has an excellent marketing department to help you get started and on your feet. Past that point, they are open to ideas you would like to consider and will provide the resources you need to succeed. The company atmosphere is great and everyone has a shared interest in overall success. Not only as individuals, but as a company. There are also plenty of outside the work place team bonding activities.

Cons

Long hours up front, which can be expected in this industry. As long as you approach the position with a long term mindset and stay focused this is a great career.

Pros

I enjoy helping people and I enjoy working with money so Finity Group is the perfect fit for me. Here's a few of the things I like about Finity Group: - Truly independent - Comprehensive financial planning services - National practice - You control your day to day activity - You get out of it what you put in - Team oriented culture, everyone wants you to succceed - Unmatched training program when first starting - Ongoing training and continuing education - You get to help people and make an impact on their lives I could go on and on about the positive things and perks of working at Finity Group.

Cons

Being a financial advisor is not for everyone. That's not really a Finity Group thing but an industry thing. I'm obviously a bit biased but not many downsides come to mind. If anything, when first starting out, you work a lot and you don't make a lot. Anything WORTHWHILE takes time, energy, and sacrifice - like being an Advisor at Finity Group.
