      Pros

      Excellent company; eye on the prize of being (one of) the best fire safety companies in each of their city locations. Building up talent from the lower tiers and giving them opportunities to grow their skills/certifications, which hopefully yields dividends for all concerned and gives employees a sense or appreciation, and accomplishment.

      Cons

      In this current challenging market, being able to move fast enough to "capture" and move those skilled candidates that are in very high demand along in our hiring process

      The company is well funded and has excellent leadership who listen to the employees and look for solutions. The fire and life safety industry is steady since it's highly regulated, All commercial spaces must adhere to code and regulations for installations, inspections, and repairs. The company has an excellent reputation as do the companies that have been acquired. The company is led by veterans of the fire and life safety industry.

      It's an industry that isn't as well known as others, so everyone must be part of getting the word out about available careers in fire and life safety, We focus on the installation, inspection, and repair of sprinkler and fire alarm systems for commercial buildings as well as fire extinguishers.
