      Pros

      First Capitol is a business that's been around for a while, and is now growing like never before. It won't be a "small" business for very much longer--so if one is looking for a well-established company with strong opportunities for career growth, this is the place to be. First Capitol is indeed a technology company; it has developed cutting-edge software that no other company has, and has more on the way. Technology people at First Capitol get to have an immediate effect on the business and get to build innovative products and services that will change the face of an entire industry--immensely helping all manner of businesses. What's better than that?

      Cons

      It's not silicon beach. Is that a pro? Could be. It's a rapidly growing company and change and turnover is a part of that.

      -given a fair and encouraging amount of responsibility -given proper training to meet and achieve tasks -work environment is friendly and helpful

      Pros

      The first thing that struck me when I started at First Capitol was the fact that people like working here. The culture is collaborative and energetic. There are a lot of current employees who've been with First Capitol for 5+ years. This is a place people come to build careers not just take a job. Leadership is open to conversations and suggestions. With new products being developed and headed to market it has been all hands on deck of late and management has worked closely with their teams to ensure company-wide success.

      Cons

      The office space is nice on both floors but the building is old. If you are looking for a place where you can show up to work in jeans, a t shirt, and sneaks, this is not the company for you (except on Fridays).
