Over the past few months with the company, I have learned a lot in my position. What I appreciate most about working for FPG is they are open to feedback about processes that are not functioning well and open to change. This makes me feel like they value my opinion even if I am new here. Anytime I have had a question about work, there has always been someone I can ask and most of the time I get a prompt answer to my question. I have enjoyed getting to know the team in my office and those that I work with remotely.

I have worked for First Pacific for over 10 years and can't imagine being happier anywhere else. I enjoy coming to work every day. There are high expectations on employees, but if you work hard and treat others with the respect that everyone deserves, you can have a very fulfilling career here. I constantly get great feedback and appreciation from everyone from the President to my colleagues for my hard work. Who doesn't enjoy being acknowledged as Employee of the Month?! Weekly office lunches encourage a great culture, and annual reviews along with additional goal check-ins ensure you are touching base with your supervisor in a 1-on-1 setting regularly.
