      Pros

      Good benefits and they do GC if you meet the criteria. They give pretty ok health benefits. Always recheable when you need to talk to them. They have good compensation reviews and increment based on the performance.

      Cons

      If your client's contract ends, you may not find the similar profile with other client.

      Flexible, Like having your own company, Great pay and Benefits!!

      Cons

      If you don't have strong leadership skills and you have trouble working independently, then you might not be a fit for FTT. FTT is a small/niche firm so they need employees who can either pick up things quickly or who can hit the ground running!
