We see the 22 ADEC Innovations companies that sit outside of our Professional Services pillar as an opportunity for both our businesses and our employees to grow. One of our goals includes creating a more open forum for sharing ideas across the larger organization and learning how we can work together, perhaps in a Learn Over Lunch or similar format. We have an ongoing open-door policy across all levels of our team and encourage direct communication between staff and management through regular meetings. In addition to this cultural standard, we conduct more formal performance reviews and career development planning to identify and align on goals and concerns from all parties.
