Pros

A fun startup that has grown 300% in less than a year. My favorite part about working here is the exposure to so many aspects of the business - no two days are the same! Extremely talented co-workers, plenty of room for advancement, and a terrific culture make this a great place to start a career. Great office in mid-town west loaded with perks - daily Seemless lunch credit, parking reimbursement, fully stocked kitchen, and GREAT happy hours/parties!!

Cons

While the competitive atmosphere is fun, at times there can be too much focus on metrics as opposed to the bigger picture.

There is somewhat of a focus on metrics and meeting numbers but really does not even compare to how great this place is.
