- A lot of hands in many departments, granting a ton of exposure into the industry - Very easy to have a hand in different techniques to grow the company, giving exposure to a lot of different aspects of marketing - A company culture based upon community - A very amicable upper management
Cons
- Unfocused job positions because of the nature and fluidity of everyone's job role - Unorganized, but is a result of company refreshing its brand so understandable.
