Five Sigma is a company filled with the most knowledgeable, talented people on a global scale. Every division of the organization is friendly, collaborative and open to learning. The best piece of this company is its ability to grow and evolve each day. There is so much opportunity for growth, development and overall organizational success, I have never seen it on such a synchronized scale before. Overall great people, great product. Going to work each day is actually a pleasure.
Cons
Cons are simple, this is a quickly growing company; each arm of the company is still young and developing processes. This is an opportunity for any start up that is scaling.
