      Pros

      Flexible work schedule and there is a collaborative environment

      Cons

      Didn't really find any disadvantages. Maybe the fact that it was hard to learn everything remotely, but I worked here a few years ago, and I assume that things have improved by now.

      $$$, OT, Freedom, Opportunity, Atmosphere, $$$ It used to be a not-so-great place. It's gotten WAY better. I'm glad I stuck it out, though. I have a nice, healthy paycheck and look forward to coming in every day!

      I must say, it's like night and day. Long hours, I guess? But they make that clear from the start.
