      Pros

      I started working at Fletcher/CSI after graduating college. Though it was not the field I had studied, I found that by working for a company which deals in many diverse industries has allowed me get a better understanding of the professional world. I found that the work-life balance was very good, with some days being short to compensate for the days I spent doing work after hours. Working at Fletcher/CSI allowed me to gain the necessary skills needed to work in a professional capacity.

      Cons

      The company is great, but living in Vermont is not for everyone.

      Pros

      I have worked here nearly 6 years and have found that upward mobility, global travel, a challenging work environment, fun corporate culture, experienced teams, and strong sales people make Fletcher/CSI a solid place to work in Vermont.

      Cons

      Not enough PhD level talent.

      Pros

      The work environment is great- friendly, generous and extremely flexible. Salaries are very competitive, and the work we do is interesting and ever-changing. Any economic challenges have been dealt with openly and sympathetically, and the employees seem to appreciate the honesty and sincerity. They stay because they know this is a great job and they will never find better. Anyone posting anything negative on here knows that as well and were probably not pleased to be part of budget cuts. Ignore them, if they had any integrity they wouldn't be wasting their time posting childish comments in a public forum.

      Cons

      A few bumps in the road financially, but that is part of doing business. It does not seem to bother anyone too much, mostly because the other benefits of working here are worth it.
