The healthy management! Candace and Lia have done a great job of taking care of my family and I since I have been out the last 3 weeks! They were the first to check up on us and they also sent a care package for my newborn! They most definitely take away the stigma of “being scared of HR” and I am so grateful for them and the standard/culture they have for their team.

Cons

Have had nothing but good experiences here at FFR!

-Everyone is extremely nice and made me feel welcome the moment I started. -Required 1-on-1 time with my manger to see how I’m doing. -Every other Friday off! -l feel like my work is valued and that I make a difference within the company.

Cons

In office required. It’s be nice to work from home every once in a while.
