Great Company, great communication and lunches were amazing. Devs worked directly with our team. Location was great

Cons

Hours were poor, working until 10 p.m. at night or the overnight. Career opportunities were minimal no ladder for growth chart.

Working at FlightCar is fun. It is a fast paced work environment, but everyone is on the same team and working to better the company. It is an exciting thing to be a part of!

Given that it is a fledgling company, things can sometimes be disorganized.
