Pros
- Great Culture! One of the best aspects of Flighthub is their ability to choose new hires and maintain an amazing culture. It is definitely a plus and really makes people want to come into the office (even though we are allowed to work from home). Many people prefer to interact with their co-workers.
-Benefits: Flighthub offers a wide array of great benefits.
- Managers: There are a lot of companies where people who are higher up in the company hierarchy and have more power sometimes flaunt that power around. Well, at Flighthub, you never get that. The executives and even the CEO of the company will talk with everyone equally, and you never feel like anyone is using their "power" on you simply because they feel like it. It is a very healthy work environment that goes all the way up the ladder.
Cons
Not really Flighthub's fault....Gold's gym next door cancelled the company plan so you have to individually sign up which makes it a hassle. Other than that nothing to mention.
