      Great people, in the midst of a positive turnaround

      Pros

      There are some really intelligent and driven individuals who do great work when the right strategy is in place. They pay well and the benefits are great.

      Cons

      Some misalignment in the past years but it seems to be back on track now.

      Pros

      Flinks has a great culture. Lots of young professionals ranging from 25-35. Sales and customer management are both run by great leaders who give you autonomy at your job as well as support you when things aren't going well. Founders are all great people as well. Great company overall.

      Cons

      Nothing comes to mind. Everyone is tried fairly and individuals are given an opportunity to succeed.
