      Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. Comfortable work environment. You feel heard and appreciated. Flexible work schedule. Flexible work from office/remote. Diverse team.

      Cons

      Not everyone speaks/understands English. Global team, so sometimes difficult to get immediate answers from teammates.
