      insane growth, incredible product, amazing customers - need to grow the team!

      Pros

      - (very!) lean team but revenues growing incredibly fast - insane product market fit. some of the biggest logos out there as customers - ⁠high ownership , high agency culture - ⁠⁠everyone works on everything - ⁠⁠get to see every part of the business - am allowed to run with your own decisions even if leadership does not agree (on most things) - disagree and commit culture - founder ceo ⁠⁠very open to experiments - startups are ⁠⁠great for learning fast and personal development

      Cons

      - need to grow the team fast to keep up with insane growth! - hard work and demanding - like all great start-ups though - you have to be good to be successful here - lots of US customers so hours can sometimes be long

      Pros

      Flow has been a pretty wild ride. Huge ups and downs as with any startup. You should come to Flow if you're looking to maximise your impact on the world, and maximise your own personal development along the way. Flow has tested me in positive ways, and enabled me to do things that I didn't think I could do. The customers are pretty cool too. We get to meet (literal) rocket scientists, automotive engineers and robotics engineers daily. They use our software to design some of the most important technologies for the world. This is hugely gratifying. We get to see inside some of the most important hardware companies in the world. Flow really believes in speed and ownership, so people here get to make decisions (good or bad), implement them, see the results and iterate in days rather than months of politics.

      Cons

      Flow is not the place for people optimising for work life balance. The customers and company demands a lot from their people to keep the pace up. For people excited by going "all in" for this part of their career, there's nothing like it.

      - fast-paced environment - high impact - encourages proactivity and independent decision-making - great people to work with

      Cons

      - sometimes long hours, but you are encouraged to manage your own time - tech debts as a result of the fast-paced environment
