Flowrite has a real team spirit and the office support are friendly and helpful. Training opportunities for ILM and role specific if you ask for it. Managers are act as mentors and have an open door policy. All in all I enjoy working for the company.

The area of Maidstone the office is in isn't particularly glamorous and there isn't much in the area of interest. It is advisable to have a car!
