      - Cutting edge machine learning work - Very flat startup like structure - Freedom to work on different problems - Management is friendly and very approachable - Good infrastructure - Respectful and friendly culture

      - This is not really cons, but there is a lot to do as the company has a very high demand for it's products

      A chance to work on interesting research problems, with freedom to decide what to focus on. Flexible about hours, downtown location. Cutting edge technology with a lot of potential.

      You have to be able to work in an unstructured, quickly changing environment
