Pros

If you are looking for a work place with an amazing culture this is it. Everything transparent and a very diverse talented workforce. Forward thinking with great benefits and really do care about their employees.

Cons

Bonus structure and basing it on something tried. But I feel this more role is more about the culture and care for their employees more than the bonus side.
