Pros

Company leaves a lot of decision making in hands of managers. If not overwhelmed by responsibility, managing all aspects of the business, this is the right place for you. Definetly a lot more work than in a more structured environment as more moving pieces to control. However if you enjoy that level of freedom and accountability, this is the perfect job.

Cons

Many manual processes, not enough automoation.
