They don’t track everything you do by the minute, they really believe in giving more independence in the employees choices. I was doing my own schedule and when I had ideas, they were really open to hear them or let me try them.
Cons
You can feel the French culture in the company but we don’t work closely enough with our colleagues in France. I think the Montréal office has a lot to gain from the experience acquired in France.
