Good pay and culture, treat them with respect and you’ll be treated with respect. Come ready to work. Very rewarding job and safety oriented.

Cons

It’s been my favorite place to work so far, you do have to be dedicated so if you’re not ready to put in the time it could be difficult.

Pros

Lots of hours. Some overtime too. Flexible schedules. Supervisors let you do your work and don’t ride you too much. Pay is above average for industry. Good and positive working environment. Great opportunity to receive valuable on the job training.

Cons

Workplaces are sometimes located in remote areas. Sometimes the weather is hash, but that goes with the job.
