Pros

You have the ability to get really exposed to various functions and teams and really grow your knowledge and skills without even realising it. Culture wise its like nowhere I have ever worked, the culture is truly testament to the special individuals that Fnality attracts, all explorers in their fields and all genuinely willing to collaborate to achieve shared outcomes. I hope Fnality continue to harness this as they scale as its unique.

Cons

Fast paced and forever changing mostly ambiguous priorities which may not suit all. If you're the type of individual who needs told constantly what to do you won't fit in here! Still in late start-up mode so growing pains will be inevitable.
