      Pros

      You get the exposure to work on new technologies. Also your potential will get recognised if you're giving your best. Open communication and flexible working hours. Everybody is helpful if you're stuck somewhere

      Cons

      Sometimes the work load is much as the deadline comes near but with teamwork you get through it.

      Should You work at Fonantrix?

      Pros

      Each day here, I learn more and more in teams and hear what my colleagues are working on. Almost every day, I have a new project that challenges me to put my best work forward. We bounce ideas off of one another and help assign employees to work with each other.

      Cons

      One difficulty in working here is that there are large time differences between my colleagues and I. It makes it difficult and inconvenient to communicate.

      Pros

      In Fonantrix, the infrastructure and environment is very good and all the employees are very helpful. One major thing which makes the Fonantrix different from others is OPEN COMMUNICATION.
