Inspiring company message that is very community driven Relaxed team environment Open communication with CEO and rest of team members Hardworking individuals Ability to take on multiple projects outside of your immediate job (when there is the time to do so) Catering tastings - free food!
Cons
Very small team - everyone wears all hats all the time Repetitive workload Few systems and work processes in place A bit unorganized Low salary, no health benefits, and not much flex time off High turnover rate
