      Pros

      The work culture is top-notch, and the quality of the staff is unmatched. The environment is always changing, keeping you on your toes and allowing the creative juices to flow. It is a flexible work environment that is focused on teamwork, creative problem solving and effective communication.

      Cons

      The pay and benefits in this industry has always been abysmal. It's evident that the people (excluding owners) who gravitate toward this line of work are not in it for the money and care deeply about serving others. There are long hours associated with this specialized field that can unexpectedly extend into the night or occasionally spill over into the weekend.

      Cons

      Very male dominated. A girl could suggest something only to hear it wouldn't be a good idea, then a male will suggest it and it's suddenly a great idea. Weird dress code Unusual jobs for office manager that do cross boundaries in this type of job (office manager handling therapy notes, etc that are supposed to be confidential) You will get calls and texts ALOT outside of business hours and be expected to respond even though it isn't part of your employment contract. Sketchy practices
