      Pros

      Found hires incredibly smart people that have deep expertise in their practice area. Working alongside folks like that pushes you to learn quickly, think differently, and grow professionally. Found moves fast but also respect work-life-balance: unlimited PTO that is respected, full week off for Xmas - NYE and reasonable weekly hours. Pay is competitive for series C start up and equity package is generous.

      Cons

      Still a start up mentality. Growing fast and strategic pivots are not uncommon. If you like a consistent routine and predictable work this might not be the best fit.

      Pros

      Peers are skilled, workers are friendly and the business has a lot of upside. Being relatively small and flat, it's easy to network with peers, set up discussions and solve problems.

      Cons

      Production systems and workflows are on par with a small startup. These workflows (and code) are in need of attention and maturity to fit that of a larger enterprise scale operation. Found is a GCP shop so there is a little learning curve for folks that come from an AWS background.

      Pros

      - We move really fast on the product side and have a great customer focus - A fair amount of process for a small company, but mostly only the good parts (we try to avoid process for process sake) - Really great people who want to do good work for our customers

      Cons

      - We move really fast on the product side! It can be hard to keep up, especially for operational teams - The team is big enough that it's hard to feel connected to everyone remotely - It's a scary time to be a fintech startup
